Notification Adhoc Relief Allowance 2025 KPK @ 10% BPS-01 to BPS-22

The government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, has been pleased to sanction an Adhoc Relief Allowance, 2025 @ 10% of running basic pay scales w.e.f 01-07-2025 to the all the civil servants of the Provincial government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including contingent paid staff and contract employees against civil posts in basic pay scales on standard terms and conditions of Contract appointment.

1. The amount of Adhoc Relief Allowance -2025-

1. Will be subject to income tax.
2. Will be admissible during leave and the entire period of LPR, except for extraordinary leave/

• Will not be treated as part of emoluments for the purpose of calculation of pension/gratuity and recovery of House Rent.

1. It will not be admissible to the employees during the tenure of their posting/deputation abroad.
2. Will be admissible tot employees on their repatriation from posting/deputation abroad at the rate and amount which would have been admissible t them had they not been posted abroad.

2. The term “Basic Pay” for the purpose of Ad-hoc Relief Allowance-2025 will also include the amount of the personal pay granted on account of annual increments(s) beyond the maximum of the existing pay scales/
3. The above Adhoc Relief Allowance-2025 shall be accommodated from within the budgetary allocation for the year 2025-26, by the respective Departments/Organizations, and no supplementary grants would be given on this account to all the government employees of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa w.e.f 01-07-2025.
