Online applications are invited for the following posts from Pakistani citizens having
domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa by 20.01.2025. (Till 5:00 PM).
 Applications other than online will not be accepted.
 Application fee of Rs.500/- (excluding service charges) will be deposited through 1 Bill Option
available in all Banking Apps (i.e., NBP, HBL, ABL, BoK, BoP etc) and Microfinance Apps (i.e.,
Easy Paisa, Jazz Cash, Upaisa etc). Visit PSC website www.kppsc.gov.pk and apply online.
 Candidates are advised to fill in all the columns carefully and purview their application forms
for correction if any, before apply.
 A candidate shall be entitled for having one domicile only otherwise he / she shall
become ineligible.
 Documents are not required at the time of submission of application.
SYLLABUS
There shall be a Competitive Exam to the posts of Member of Services (B-18) for the
purpose of selection as per prescribed syllabus available on KP PSC website
https://www.kppsc.gov.pk/syllabus.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
(i) Age shall be reckoned on 01.01.2025.
(ii) Maximum age limit as prescribed in the recruitment rules shall be relaxed up to ten years
for disable persons/widows/divorced and Govt: servants who have completed two years
continuous service and up to 03 years for candidates belonging to backward areas
specified in the appendix attached to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Initial Appointment to Civil
Posts (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 2008 and 05 years to minorities. However, a
candidate shall be allowed relaxation in age in one of the above categories provided that
the candidates from backward areas, in addition to automatic relaxation of three years shall
be entitled to one of the relaxations available to govt. servants, general or disable
candidates, whichever is relevant and applicable to them. Employees or ex-employees of
development projects of the govt. of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and employees or ex-employees
of development projects of the Federal Govt: under the administrative control of the govt. of
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa shall also be entitled to age relaxation equal to the period served in

the projects, subject to a maximum limit of ten years provided that this age relaxation shall
not be available in conjunction with any other provisions of the age relaxation rules.
(iii) Candidates are required to make correct entries in the online application which can be
documentarily proved as on the basis of their claim/ entries they will be called for
Competitive Examination.
(iv) Call letters for test/exam will be placed on KP PSC website. Candidates must keep visiting
the PSC website from time to time.
(v) Degrees / Experience Certificates / Testimonials of unrecognized institution are not
accepted. Attested copies of only original Degrees / Certificates are accepted, however, the
candidates can apply on provisional certificate signed by the Controller of Examination of
the respective institution. The candidates shall have to produce original degrees /
certificates well before date of interview for the post(s). In case original certificate(s) /
degree (s) are not provided by a candidate falling in the selection orbit within twenty days of
the conclusion of the interview, his candidature shall stand cancelled subject to extension in
twenty days granted by the Chairman on case to case basis.
(vi) Applicants married to foreigners are considered only on production of the Govt: Relaxation
Orders.
(vii) Employees of Govt: / Semi-government institutions/ autonomous/ semi-autonomous bodies
may apply directly but their departmental permission certificates shall be required before
interview/ competitive examination. In case original certificate(s) / degree (s) are not
provided by a candidate falling in the selection orbit within twenty days of the conclusion of
the interview, his candidature shall stand cancelled subject to extension in twenty days
granted by the Chairman on case to case basis.
(viii) All candidates appearing for competitive examination shall be allowed three chances for
each individual examination while four chances shall be allowed in combination of
competitive examinations for the post of Provincial Management Service, Civil Judges- cum
-Judicial Magistrates and such other posts which the government may include in these
categories of posts.
(ix) Where the candidate remains absent in the competitive examination her/his chance will
remain intact. However, if he/she appears in any one subject he / she will be deemed to
have availed the chance.
(x) Grace marks are not allowed.
(xi) The candidates shall attach the domicile certificate which had been issued to them by
the competent authority before the last date fixed for receipt of applications. No alteration
in the entries with regard to domicile certificate shall be accepted subsequently.
Domicile once produced shall be final. A candidate shall be entitled for having one domicile
only otherwise he / she shall become ineligible.
(xii) A married female candidate not already in government service may either adopt the
domicile of her husband or may retain her own domicile. However, option once exercised in
online application form shall be final and change of domicile shall not be allowed thereafter.
(xiii) If any candidate is found ineligible at any stage under the rules for the examination, his/ her
candidature will be cancelled regardless of the fact whether he/she has appeared in the
examination or qualified therein. To avoid frustration the candidates are advised in
their own interest to make sure before appearing in the examination that they fulfill
all the requirements of the rules relating to the examination.
(xiv) Before interview, the Commission will hold Psychological/ aptitude test and no candidate
will be called for interview if he/ she failed to appear in the Psychological aptitude test.
(xv) On detailed scrutiny of the applications after screening test/ written examination, if any
candidate is found ineligible in any respect under the rules for the examination, his/ her
candidature will be cancelled regardless of the fact whether he/she has appeared in the
examination or qualified therein.
