SUBJECT: PAYMENT IN R/o ENCASHMENT IN LIEU OF LPR.
The Controller General of Accounts has directed that from now henceforth, the payment in respect of encashment in lieu of LPR will be made in the last month of service, prior to retirement of the employee.

2. The payment will be subjected to a certificate, issued by the respective competent authority, in r/o leave(s) earned by the employee or otherwise, during the last 12 months of the service. The calculations of the payment will be made accordingly.
